First-Ever Screenwriting Pitching Event at Warsaw Film School
Back in October, Warsaw Film School launched its new Screenwriting specialization, which has quickly become a huge success. After several intense months of creative work, first-year students are now entering the final stretch of their first semester. To mark this moment, Warsaw Film School is holding its very first Screenwriting Pitching event.
During the event, students will present screenplays developed as part of the exercise “7 Shots – A Story Without Words.” The challenge was clear: seven shots, zero dialogue, and one complete story. The results are over 20 professionally prepared screenplays, ready to come alive on screen.
The pitching session will take place on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at Elektronik Cinema. The event is open exclusively to Warsaw Film School students. This event offers an unique opportunity to hear fresh ideas, meet emerging creators, and perhaps even find a future creative partner. Join us!
The BA program is supervised by Brunon Hawryluk and run in cooperation with the Polish Screenwriters' Guild.
